Model 645 FOMA
The Model 645 Fiber Optic Measurement Assembly (FOMA) is designed to support RJC Fiber Optic Pressure Sensors. This FOMA is a custom sub-assembly used within the Arrow/Teleflex IABP, has a protective aluminum enclosure, and uses customer supplied power and display capabilities.

Model 650 FOMS
The Model 650 Fiber Optic Measurement System (FOMS) is a stand alone instrument, not for clinical use, designed to support RJC Fiber Optic Pressure Sensors. This FOMS contains the Model 645 FOMA, a dedicated power supply, and a display.
